The GGUS help desk system is the primary access point for users to manage their support requests when using our services. It allows users to create a ticket when a problem is encountered and to track the resolution of the problem.

If you encounter an issue with the SCIGNE platform, we invite you to open a ticket on GGUS. When creating a ticket, please select IN2P3-IRES for the Affected site item (this is important so that the ticket is assigned to us quickly).

The first time you use the Help Desk Ticketing service, it is necessary to create a user account, if you do not have a digital certificate.
